What is this club about? This is a Final Fantasy VII fan club. It was specifically made for fans of the optional characters in Final Fantasy VII, Vincent Valentine and Yuffie Kisaragi. It's also home for fans of Yuffietine, but is not soley a Yuffietine club. Meaning, this is open to all Deviants who may only be fans of Vincent and Yuffie and not the pairing.

Why am I seeing non-Yuffietine pairings? This club is a Yuffietine club, but it's also home for Deviant members, who may only be fans of Vincent Valentine or Yuffie Kisaragi and not the pairing. Some members might be fans of other pairings, but these other pairings are NEVER allowed into the Featured folder but because they have Vincent and or Yuffie Kisaragi in them the club allows them into the Group's gallery. For more information about this please read the answer to the next question below.

Why are there works of characters that aren't Vincent Valentine and or Yuffie Kisaragi in this Group's gallery? Now settle down! We decided to create a side folder for characters that are not Yuffie Kisaragi or Vincent Valentine, because many members have works that are of other characters from either Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II, Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core, or Dirge of Cerberus. Non-Vincent Valentine and or Non-Yuffie Kisaragi works are NEVER allowed into the Featured folder, but we do accept them in the "AVALANCHE or Other" folder. Also, works that include Vincent and or Yuffie with other related characters can be placed in this folder as well.

Why is there more doujinshi or comics in the Featured folder than fan-fiction? I don't know if that's true or not per-say, but the reason why doujinshi or comics get into the Featured folder more easily is because the Founders are more lenient on them since they're more about style than anything else. We judge them less harshly. Fan-fictions have to have something really unique about them or the grammar has to be up to par. The reason we don't allow too many fan-fictions in the Featured folder is because we don't want the Featured folder to be flooded with them. It might be a bit overwhelming. Plus, I generally think it's more efficient to skim through fan-fictions through the "Fan-Fiction" folder. And sadly, Founders don't have the time to skim through all the fan-fictions to check the quality of them to see if they're up to par for the Featured folder. If you'd like your fan-fiction in the Featured folder, please note one of the Founders about this and ask them to glance over your fan-fiction to see if it deserves to be in the Featured folder. We will take a better look at your work to reconsider it for the Featured folder.  

What are the benefits of this club compared to other clubs? The benefits of this club is that no Yuffietine, Yuffie, or Vincent artwork will be turned away, even if you aren't a member we will still accept your work. We also accept work of any character from Final Fantasy VII, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, or Dirge of Cerberus, even if it doesn't include Vincent and or Yuffie. There are many clubs who turn away art, because they don't believe the quality is good enough. We're not like that. We accept ALL art. And we accept all mediums of art including cosplay, fanfiction, avatars, stamps, etc.

Also, the club has something unique. We hold ALL types of contests ranging from: cosplay, drawing, fanfiction, avatars, etc. Most other clubs will only hold drawing contests and completely leave out other types of art mediums for consideration, but we offer a home for all types of artists. Plus, the club has an ongoing comic collaboration, "Beautiful Chaos." It's created by members of the club. Most clubs don't do club comics. We welcome ALL and any member to volunteer for a club page or pages. No matter your level of ability. Unlike other clubs this club has it's own private chat room, specifically made for members and watchers of this club.

Which folder do I submit my work to? Generally, I recommend submitting to the "Featured" folder and then one of the founders will place it in the correct folder if it's not already in the right folder. The "Featured" folder is for either very stylized or high quality work. If you don't believe your work is either, you can submit it to another folder. Your work may be high quality, but if it doesn't have Vincent and or Yuffie in it, only other characters from either: Final Fantasy VII, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, or Dirge of Cerberus then you can only submit the work to the "AVALANCHE or Other" folder.

For example, you may have a drawing you made of Cloud, you may submit it into the "AVALANCHE or Other" folder. Work that promotes pairings other than Yuffietine are placed in this folder as well. Work that contains extreme violence, an abundance of profanity, sexual content, or nudity is usually put into the "Adult Content" folder. The folders are pretty self-explanatory, but if you have any questions please note one of the administrators.

Why is my work in more than one folder? The reason for this is because works satisfy several subjects. For example, you may have made a high quality icon that is animated. Therefore, you can submit the icon into the "Icons or Avatars," "Animation or Videos," and "Featured" folders. Another example, you may have a high quality comic. It would then be placed into both the "Featured" and "Doujinshi or Comics" folders. Featured works will show up in other folders, but not all work from other folders will show up in the Featured folder.

Why do I keep getting art requests, invites to join the club, and or the same notes over-and-over? The club is very large. Administrators can't always remember who they send invites to, or keep track of all the notes that have been sent out due to the high number of members and watchers. You have to be understanding of us not being able to keep track. All we can do is apologize or you can send one of us a note to let us know that you want it written down somewhere for us to never send you an invite or note again.

Why is my work organized together? It takes a lot of time, but the "Featured" folder has been organized, so that if someone looks at your work they can find other related works of yours more easily. If you submit a work into the "Featured" folder it will be moved to a spot in the "Featured" folder where your other works are, that way we can show off your collection.

Why aren't all the gallery folders organized? It takes a considerable amount of time to organize works into collections by the creators. There's too many pages to go through and the administrators don't have a lot of free time. It would be a full time job to organize ALL the folders.

What folders have been organized for members and watchers? The "Featured," "OFFICIAL Club Doujinshi," "Administrator's Art," "Contributor's Art," "Contest Winners," "WIP Club Comic," and "Club ID."

Do I have to be a Yuffietine fan in order to join? NO. You do not have to like or know Final Fantasy VII or even the characters Vincent and Yuffie. If you are interested in learning about them, Final Fantasy VII, or getting to know more Deviantart Members then feel free to join. Anyone is free to join.

What is a Contributor? Contributor is an honorary title given to an artist by this club. It's an acknowledgement of excellence the club gives to an artist for creating exceptional work(s) related to the club. They have as much control and access to the club as the Founders.

If I'm a Contributor, does it mean I'm a member? Yes, if you're a contributor it means you're a member, but it's a promotion from a member and an honorary title for a member.

Can I submit my work to the club's gallery if I am NOT a member? YES. Of course you can! We welcome it. The more work the merrier everyone is! We are not like other clubs, who force you to join in order to submit work.

What are the benefits of being a member? Only members are allowed to take part in club contests, the club comic collaboration "Beautiful Chaos," and are given the status of "Member" in the club chat room (which allows you to kick or promote others in the chat room).

When is the next contest? Contests happen very rarely, unfortunately, because the administrators are so busy these days. But when they do happen it's usually in the summer, fall, or winter. We normally only host for Halloween, summer events, or Christmas. You can send a note to an administrator to find out if a contest is taking place if you're not sure.

What are the prizes for the contests? Prizes vary with every contest, but generally the prizes are artworks drawn by calisto-lynn, Veldalis, Destinyfall, Oshouki, lshikawaGoemon, or ElizaMoonchild.

I speak Spanish and poor English. How can I communicate? The club has a Spanish translator. Send a note to Crevan-Grietje for help. Hablo español e inglés pobre. ¿Cómo puedo comunicar yo? El club tiene a un traductor español. Envíe una nota a Crevan-Grietje para la ayuda.

Why is my work not in the Featured folder? It was probably moved to another folder. The "Featured" folder is meant for high quality or very stylized work and only works with Vincent and or Yuffie in them.

How can I get my work into the Featured Folder? Make sure you include Yuffie and or Vincent in the work for starters, because this is a Vincent Valentine and Yuffie Kisaragi fan club, even if you have a high quality work of Cloud we won't accept it into the Featured folder unless Vincent and or Yuffie is also included in the work.

You have to have high quality work. Your work may be really good, but the "Featured" folder is for exceptional pieces. To make your work high quality think of for: photographers make sure your photos aren't grainy and pay attention to your lighting, cosplayers should be in character conveying a powerful emotion and should be in a similar, natural setting for your character, and artists you need to have your anatomy down, draw backgrounds, or your work should be very stylized. Fanfiction authors may need to check their grammar.

Was my work moved or deleted in the gallery? I can't find it. It was moved to the appropriate folder. We don't delete works from the gallery. We accept ALL work related to the club.

What is the comic collaboration? The comic collaboration is an ongoing comic creation titled, "Beautiful Chaos." The story focuses on the adventures of Vincent Valentine and Yuffie Kisaragi. It is a Final Fantasy VII comic that is only made by members, who have volunteered their talents for a few pages: writing, editing, line art, coloring, etc.

How do I get involved in the comic collaboration? Send a note to a Founder. Tell them what you would like to contribute: coloring, line art, etc.

Can my club affiliate with this club? Yes, but send the club an affiliation request.

Does my club have to be related to your club's subject in order to affiliate? No, we're not a picky club! We encourage any club on Deviantart to affiliate with us, even if your club has nothing to do with Final Fantasy VII, the characters Vincent Valentine and or Yuffie Kisaragi, or video games in general! We accept affiliations from all types of clubs. The whole point of a club is for people to get together under a common goal or interest and enjoy their interest. Affiliations with clubs of other subjects simply open your horizons and therefore it gives you a broader range in interests. We encourage you to affiliate with our club. WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU A HARD TIME like a lot of other clubs do about affiliation.

What are the benefits of affiliating with your club? Our club will promote any of your club's contests if we're affiliated if you specifically ask one of the founders to promote your contest. We will post a link to your contest and we will post a journal entry about your club's contest on our Main Page for at least a week to help promote your club's contest.
